摘要
为解决整合矿井煤炭回采率低的问题,以潞安集团左权阜生矿为背景,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟、实际经验参考等研究方法,分别从留设区段护巷煤柱宽度和采煤方法两方面进行了分析优化:区段护巷煤柱宽度由30m优化为20m,采煤方法由分层开采优化为一次采全高。经优化后使阜生矿的煤炭采出率提高6.1%,回采率提高效果显著。
In order to solve the problem of low mining rate in integrated mine, this paper took for the Husheng mine in Lu' an group a background. The theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and empirical method were used generally. The original design from two sizes was optimized, including the width of coal pillar and the mining methods .The width of coal pillar changed from 30m into 20m. The slice mining was changed into whole height mining. The mining rate was improved 6.1% after the optimization. The improving of mining rate was significant.
