造纸用微细碳酸钙的工艺技术

摘要 造纸工业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位,而碳酸钙在纸张中的作用主要是作纸张的填料,以保证纸张一定的强度和白度,同时降低生产成本。从目前纸张的产量和结构来看,碳酸钙的需求将会有很大增长。着重介绍了造纸用微细碳酸钙的技术工艺。指出碳酸钙行业应推广机械化立窑、连续碳化、母液闭路循环等新工艺,开发科技含量高、附加值高的微细产品,优化发展环境,并增加产品的抗风险能力和竞争力。 Papermaking industry plays an important role in our national economy, and the role of calcium carbonate in paper is mainly doing paper filler in order to ensure the strength and the whiteness of the paper, at the same time, reduce the production cost. From the current yield and structure of paper, the demand of calcium carbonate will have great growth. The technologies of fine calcium carbonate paper were introduced. The new technologise to promote mechanized shaft kiln, continuous carbonization mother liquor, closed calcium carbonate industry were pointed out, high technology content, high value-added fine products were developed, the environment for development was optimized, and the anti risk ability and competitiveness was increased.
