摘要
基于普通悬移支架在"三软"煤层开采过程中出现明显的支架钻底、工作面顶板台阶下沉等矿压显现的问题,通过采用ZH2600/20/28ZL型整体顶梁组合悬移液压支架,实现了机械化开采,提高了工作面回采率,提高了安全系数,为该型支架在"三软"煤层中的推广应用,提供了技术和实践依据,具有较好的技术经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the ordinary suspended bracket in "three soft" coal seam mining process steps appearing obvious support the bottom of the drill, working face roof subsidence, and other mine pressure appearing problem, by adopting ZH2600120/28 ZL overall top beam combination of suspended type hydraulic support realized the mechanized mining, increased the rate of the mining face and improved the safety factor. The technology provided technical and practical basis for this type of stent in popularization and application of the "three soft" coal seam, got good technical and economic benefit and social benefit.
