摘要
在化工生产过程中,氢化反应是一种较为复杂的单元过程,促进氢化反应顺利进行的因素有温度、压力、介质、酸碱度、催化剂以及物料的接触状态。从生产实际出发,剖析了氢化反应进程中固、液、气3种状态的反应物料,因搅拌能力不足致使反应速度缓慢的原因,并根据问题所在,有针对性地改变搅拌器型式,采用新型设计的组合型多层搅拌器可以使固、液、气三相能充分混合,增加了参与反应物料的接触面积,提高了气、液反应能力和催化剂的催化作用,达到加快生产反应速度的目的,缩短了反应时间,提高了产品收率。
In chemical production process, hydrogenation reaction is a complex unit process. The factors influencing hydrogenation reaction are temperature, pressure, medium, pH value, catalyst and the contact area of the material. From the production process, the reasons of slow hydrogenation rate and the contact area between the solid, liquid and gas reactants were analyzed, and according to this reason, the agitator type was changed.Using the new type multilayer agitator, the solid, liquid and gas phase could be fully mixed, the contact area of reactants were increased, catalytic capacity was improved, the reaction time was shorted and product yield was improved.
