降低FL-300喷雾制粒干燥机气缸及补集袋的更换频次

摘要 研究了降低FL-300喷雾制粒干燥机气缸和补集袋的磨损率的方法,即根据干燥机气缸的工作原理和补集袋的安装方式,在保证制粒机的正常运行条件下使磨损率降低。分析了FL-300喷雾制粒干燥机气缸和补集袋的磨损的原因,找到了使气缸和补集袋磨损的关键因素。通过改进设备使FL-300喷雾制粒干燥机气缸和补集袋的磨损率降低,降低了更换频次。结果表明,该改进方法对FL-300喷雾制粒干燥机气缸和补集袋的磨损有明显的改善效果。 How to reduce the wear rate of the cylinder and complementary set bag of FL-300 spraying dryer granulator were studied. According to the working principle of the cylinder and the installing way of the complementary set bag, the wear rate was reduced under condition that FL-300 spraying dryer granulator operated normally. The reasons of the wearing of the cylinder and complementary set bag were analyzed, and the key factors of the wearing were found out. The wear rate of the cylinder and complementary set bag of FL-300 spraying dryer granulat were reduced by improving the equipments, and the changing frequency was reduced. The results showed that the wear rate of the cylinder and complementary set bag of FL-300 spraying dryer granulator were obviously lowered by this methed.
