摘要
在乙二醇生产中,原设计在乙二醇生产中,水和环氧乙烷的配比是11.5∶1(质量比)。水合配比大,"三效"蒸发需要的蒸汽量大,副产重醇少,乙二醇产率高;水合配比小,产生的重醇(如二乙二醇)。在操作中要根据生产的需要综合考虑,按需调整,在保证"三效"塔顶醇含量不超标的前提下,尽量降低回流,控制好水合比,从而节省蒸汽,达到节能降耗的目的。
In the ethylene glycol production,the ratio of water and ethylene-oxide was 11.5 : 1(mass ratio) in basic design. If the ratio was more,stream was more and the by-product of alcohol was less,the yield of ethylene glycol was more.If the ratio was less,the alcohol,for example diethylene glycol,was more.In production,besides ensuring the alcohol content must meet the standard,the best operation condtitions was less steam, lower reflux, and no useless-glycol in water in order to save energy.
