摘要
以某大型船用螺旋桨桨叶作为研究对象,根据重心位置的三维测量原理,应用传感器技术,分别在水平姿态和倾斜姿态下测量支撑力,利用力矩平衡原理和坐标系转换方法得到桨叶重心位置,此方法可称为重心倾测法。同时建立相关的数学模型,结合实际情况,对整体误差进行分析和处理。实验结果表明该重心倾测方法具有较高的精确性,对大型复杂曲面工件的重心测量和位置标定具有一定的指导意义。
This paper presents a method for gravity center measurement for a large marine propeller blade in light of the three-dimensional measuring principle for the gravity center.Combining with the torque balance principle and coordinate conversion,applied with the sensor technology,the gravity center can be obtained through measuring the force in horizontal and tilt measuring posture.This method can be called the method of the gravity center tilt measurement.Meanwhile,we've established relevant mathematical model,analyzed and processed the overall errors.Consequently,the experimental results show that the gravity center tilt measurement method enjoys high accuracy and guides significance for the gravity center measurement and position calibration for the large workpiece with complex surface.
