摘要
依靠最优权值矩阵,把遗传算法、人工神经网络和灰色理论进行线性相关,构建一种新型的组合算法模型,并运用组合算法建立切削力预测模型。依据三种数学方法分别建立算术平均模型、平方和平均模型和比例平均模型,并利用三种误差分析的方法对几种预测方法进行分析,结果表明,组合算术平均预测模型更加贴近于实际情况,有较高的准确性和稳定性,为切削加工过程中切削参数的选择提供理论依据。
With banding together the Gray theory,the artificial neural network and genetic algorithm on the basis of optimal weights coefficient,build three models according to three kinds of mathematical methods,which are model of arithmetic mean,model of quadratic sum average and model of proportion average,meanwhile,the models will be applied into cutting force forecasting.Using three methods of error analysis to evaluate the all kinds of forecasting results,which shows that the combination forecasting model of arithmetic mean has a higher accuracy and stability,which is pretty valuable for metal burr forecasting.
