摘要
以高速CX系列立式车铣复合加工中心CX8075的Z轴滚珠丝杠进给系统为研究对象,在Solidworks中建立其三维实体模型,并对其进行简化处理,运用ANSYS建立其接近于实际工况的三维有限元模型,分析滚珠丝杠热源,确定其边界条件,对其进行热特性分析,并在求出的温度场基础上进行滚珠丝杠的热—结构耦合分析,进而计算出丝杠轴在正常工作条件下的热变形,为进一步进行热变形补偿提供依据。
Taking the z-direction ballscrew feeding system of the high-speed CX series vertical machining center CX8075 as the research object,the three dimensional model of the feeding system is built in Solid-works.The model is simplified based on the actual working conditions,and it will be imported into ANSYS in which the finite element model is established.After the analyzing of the thermal resource and the boundary conditions,the steady-state temperature field is calculated.Based on the temperature field,the thermal-structure coupling analyzation of ballscrew is carried out.Thus the thermal deformation of ballscrew that is under normal working conditions is solved exactly.It will provide reference to the error compensation of thermal deformation.
