摘要
在云制造环境下,针对分布于不同地域的制造资源选择和评价问题,在建立基于QoS(Quality of Service-QoS)的云制造资源评价指标体系的基础上,基于偏差平方和最小的原理建立指标权重的优化模型。将熵值法和AHP法相结合,使指标的赋权在主观和客观上趋于统一,避免了单一评价方法的片面性,增强了评价的科学性和可靠性。最后实例分析对该方法进行验证,证明组合评价法优于其他两种方法,为云制造制造资源组合评价提供一种新的解决思路。
A new combinatorial evaluation method based on the Quality of Service cloud the manufacturing resource evaluation indexes system was presented to solve the problem of distributed manufacturing resource selection and evaluation.Instance was assessed by entropy method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.By multi-object decision-making optimization model,the combinatorial evaluation system combining subjective weights and objective weights method.The two evaluation solutions were integrated into one by making full use of useful evaluation information and avoided the limitation of single evaluation method.An example was used to reveal the method,proof that combination evaluation method is superior to the other two methods,and provides a new idea for resource combination evaluation of cloud manufacturing.
