摘要
现代工业生产中,齿轮轴磨削自动化程度还不是很高。针对这一问题,文章结合工业机器人的特点,提出了一个使用一台机器人为两台数控磨床进行上下料服务的自动上下料系统方案,并设计出了齿轮轴磨削自动化系统。该系统采用工业机器人、可编程控制器、工业组态软件等作为软硬件平台,以PLC为主控制器,协调工业机器人、数控磨床和料机的运动。该系统已应用到某齿轮加工企业中,减少了企业的用工成本,提高了企业的自动化程度和生产效率,产品质量和稳定性也得到大幅提高。
In modem industrial production,the gear shaft grinding automation is of low level.For this case,the paper takes the features of industrial robots into consideration and puts forward an automatic loading and unloading system,which makes a robot provide loading and unloading service for two CNC grinding machines.The system adopts industrial robots,programmable controller and industrial configuration software as hardware and software platform and PLC as main controller to coordinate the movement of industrial robots,CNC grinding machine and feeding machine.The system has been applied to one gear processing enterprise,benefit from which the enterprise labor cost has been reduced and the automatic level and production efficiency has been increased.Most of all,product quality and stability has also been greatly improved.
