摘要
为了遴选出主轴箱多目标优化的最佳方案,根据优化方案多因素且定性与定量指标并存的特点,提出运用模糊综合评价法评价主轴箱优化方案的方法。该方法结合层次分析法计算各指标权重系数,并定量计算出各方案相对于初始设计的评判矩阵,最终得出综合评价值。运用这种方法对主轴箱优化方案进行评价,结果表明主轴箱抗振性、轻量化、静力学性都有所提高,与实际目标相符。
In order to select the best scheme of multi-objective optimization of spindle box whose optimization scheme can be qualitative,quantitative and diverse.A method applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate optimization scheme of spindle box.It combined with analytic hierarchy process to calculate weight coefficients of each index,and calculated quantitatively evaluation matrix of each scheme relative to the initial design,at last obtained comprehensive evaluation value.Using this method,the result shows that it has improved in vibration resistance,light weight,as well as static of spindle box which consists with the realistic objective.
