摘要
文章提出从孔轴线微元角度研究深孔轴线直线度的方法,分析了深孔实际轴线与理想轴线之间的三种关系,设计了一种基于平行光源和四象限探测器的直线度检测装置,探讨了光斑中心微位移检测原理,并提出在计算机辅助下利用光斑面积比值法检测微转动量的思路,从而更为全面地反映深孔轴线直线度水平。
In this paper,the straightness of deep hole axis is researched from the perspective of infinitesimal unit.It is found that there are three relationship between the actual and ideal axis of deep hole.A device is designed for detecting the deep hole straightness,which is based on a four-quadrant detector and a parallel light.We probe the principle of light-spot center micro-displacement detection and propose an idea to realize micro-rotation detection,which refers to ratio of the area between light-spot and light itself with the the help of computer.It can reflect the level of the deep hole axis straightness more wildly.
