摘要
风电转盘轴承是风机的关键部件,一旦出现故障将带来巨大的经济损失,风机机组要求配套轴承至少有20年使用寿命及可靠性,然而在实际试验过程中不可能完全按照风机设计时的工况载荷试验,因此可采用加速寿命试验的方法进行试验以缩短试验时间。文章介绍了加速寿命试验的基本理论,结合已有的转盘轴承试验及滚动轴承加速寿命试验方法,分析风电转盘轴承加速寿命试验可能存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方法,指出风电转盘轴承加速寿命试验的意义。
Slewing bearings are the key components of wind turbines.Once the failure will bring huge economic losses.Slewing bearings in wind turbines are always required to service more than 20 years.It is impossible to test slewing beatings according to load conditions.So ALT is the best choice for slewing beatings test to short test time.The paper introduces the basic theory of ALT.Learn the existing slewing bearings test and rolling beatings accelerated life test method.The solution is proposed based on analysis of the problems which may appear in the process of accelerated life test for slewing bearings.The significance of slewing bearings accelerated life is pointed out.
