摘要
针对医药中间体生产废水成分复杂、有机物浓度高、可生化性差等特点,采用"预处理-UASB-二级接触氧化"处理工艺对废水进行处理。实际运行结果表明,出水CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,SS的去除率分别为96.3%,92.1%,93.6%,89.7%。工程实践证明,该工艺具有处理效果良好,运行稳定,剩余污泥产生量少等优点,具有很好的推广价值。
Aiming at complex components, high concentration of organic compounds, and low biodegradability in pharmaceutical intermediates production wastewater, the wastewater has been treated by the combined process, pretreatment-UASB-two-stage contact oxidation. The results showed that the removal rates of CODCr, BOD5, NH3-N and SS were 96.3%, 92.1%, 93.6% and 89.7%, respectively. It was proved that the treatment is effective, stable and has less residual sludge, which has a very good value for promotion.
