锁定钢板固定治疗老年挠骨远端不稳定性骨折体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的 总结锁定钢板固定治疗老年挠骨远端不稳定性骨折的体会.方法 对60例老年挠骨远端不稳定性骨折患者行锁定钢板固定治疗,回顾性分析临床资料.结果 本组患者均获6～12个月随访.术后4～8周X线结果 示骨折全部达到临床愈合.Lidstrom评分：优：36例,良21例,可3例,优良率95%.未出现桡骨关节炎等术后并发症病例.结论 经锁定钢板固定治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折,术后患者功能恢复较好,并发症少,效果肯定.
