摘要
我国民营医院的健康发展已成为卫生改革的热点,通过调查新疆民营医院的运营现状,利用SWOT分析方法,分析新疆民营医院所面临的困难、机遇和挑战;提出民营医院要切实加强内部运营管理,把握好外部机会,更好地为患者和社会服务的战略选择,已期能够为推动新疆民营医院进一步发展提供参考。
The healthy development of China private hospitals has been the hot issue in medical health reform. With the study of the present operation in Xinjiang private hospitals and SWOT analysis method, the authors analyze the difficulties, opportunities and challenges facing Xinjiang private hospitals and point out that the private hospitals in Xinjiang should strengthen the internal operation management, grasp the external opportunities and present better medical service for patients and the society.
