摘要
目的对医院的医疗服务绩效研究现状进行考核,以探索未来的研究趋势。方法基于文献分析法,分析1998年至今我国医院医疗服务绩效的研究现状,并重点从医院绩效内涵和实证研究方法的应用两方面对医院的医疗服务绩效现状进行阐述。结果通过文献整理,形成相应的数据统计结果。结论医疗服务绩效的研究大多着眼于医疗卫生机构以及近期绩效,未来的研究应该多关注医院层面以及2009年医疗体制改革前后医院绩效的变化。
Objectlve：To explore the future research by assessing the present situation of medical service perform- ance in hospitals. Method：The author analyzes the research situation of China medical service performance from 1998 to the present with literature analysis method, and explains the present situation of medical service performance, focusing on hospital performance connotation and empirical study. Result：With literature arrangement, the author makes the appropriate data statistics. Conclusion：Most study of medical service performance focuses on medical health institutions and their re- cent performances while the future study focuses on hospitals and the changes in hospital performances before and after 2009 reform of medical system.
