自养反硝化工艺的单质硫积累条件研究

摘要 利用3.2 L的厌氧膜生物反应器对产物为S0的自养反硝化工艺控制条件进行研究。实验中S/N比控制为2.5,氮负荷为0.07~0.08 kg·m-3·d-1时,分别研究HRT和pH值对底物去除以及单质硫积累的影响。反应器在进水硫化物浓度和NO3--N浓度分别为110和20 mg·L-1情况下运行,在pH值为7时,HRT分别为7.41和6.83 h时对NO3--N和硫化物的去除率基本无影响,分别为93%和100%,但对单质硫的积累有显著影响。HRT为6.83 h时,单质硫的积累率最大,为61%。pH为7.5、7、6.5和6时,对NO3--N和硫化物的去除率基本无影响,较低的pH(pH=7)有利于单质硫的积累,积累率可达62%左右,但进一步降低pH对单质硫积累率提高的帮助不大,仅能提高至65%。 An anaerobic membrane bioreactor(UBF) with a total capacity of 3.2 L was employed to treat the sulfide and nitrate containing wastewater with elemental sulfur as terminal product. The effect of HRT and pH on substrate removal and elemental sulfur accumulation was researched when S/N ratio was at 2.5 and nitrogen load at 0.07~0.08 kg·m-3·d-1. The influent concentration of S2-/HS-and NO3--N was 110 mg·L-1and 20 mg·L-1, respectively, during autotrophic denitrification. When HRT was between 7.41 h and 6.83 h, and pH was between 6 and 7.5, HRT and pH had no effect on NO3--N and sulfide removal ratios at 97% and 100%, respectively, but the elemental sulfur accumulation ratio increased to 61% with shortening of HRT. And low pH(pH at 7) was conducive to the elemental sulfur accumulation with the ratio up to 62%. But further reduction of the pH would lead to the marginal increase in elemental sulfur accumulation ratio only at 65%.
