简要介绍该公司对UGI造气炉系统进行了自动加煤、自动探焦、不停炉下灰、气力输灰、外置式炉底、高压水夹套、微富氧制气等一系列技术改造,在节约原料煤、提高台炉发气量、提高造气自动化水平方面收到了良好的效果。
The paper briefly introduces technical transformation to UGI gas furnace in the company, such as automatic stoking, automatic probe focus, discharge ash without stopping, pneumatic conveying, external furnace floor, high-pressure water leg, micro-oxygen-rich producing gas and so on, which achieves good effects in saving raw coal, improving gas production of each furnace, improving the level of automation.
