摘要
分析了尿素生产装置中常用筛分机存在的主要问题,介绍了一种新型高效往复筛分机的原理和特点,并介绍了该筛分机在年产100万t吨尿素生产装置降低成品细粉含量中的应用实例,还提出了优化改进建议。
This paper analyzes main problems of reciprocating-screen commonly used in urea production plant, introduces principles and features of a new high efficient reciprocating screen, application example of the reciprocating-screen in reducing content of product segmentation at 1,000,000t urea plant, and proposes optimization improvement suggestions.
