摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径对脑瘫患儿护理及家庭康复的影响。方法 2012年6~12月在本院康复科住院治疗的100例脑瘫患儿分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组进行传统健康教育,试验组应用健康教育路径进行健康教育。出院前对比两组患儿家长对于疾病知识、家庭康复方法的掌握率及配合治疗率,同时调查患儿家长对护理服务的满意率。结果试验组患儿家长对于疾病知识、家庭康复方法的掌握率、配合治疗率以及对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育路径可以规范护士实施健康教育的行为,提高患者满意度及配合治疗率。
Objective To explore the effect of health education path on care and household rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods 100 CP children from June to December, 2012 were divided into experimental group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group was given conventional health education, while the experimental group along with the health education path. Mastery rates of disease knowledge and family rehabilitation methods, cooperation rate, and care satisfaction rate of parents was assessed before discharge. Results Mastery rates of disease knowledge, family rehabilitation methods, cooperation rate, and care satisfaction rate of parents were high- er in the experimental group than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of health education path can rule the health educa- tion of nurses, and improve the CP patient's satisfaction and compliance.
