摘要
"双师型"师资队伍是高职教育人才培养质量的根本保证。对如何理解"双师型"教师队伍的内涵进行剖析,重点分析了"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状,提出了"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要途径。
The team of double capability teachers is the basic guarantee of talents＇ quality for vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the connotation and the current condition of the double capability teachers. Meanwhile, it puts forward some main measures on how to build a team of double capability teachers.
