The course of employment guidance has been a new part in the curricular system of talents training in higher vo- cational colleges. Innovative teaching mode is an important way to promote the teaching levels, teaching effect and create brand courses. The paper explores the three - dimensional teaching mode of the employment guidance course from the as- pects of content of the course, teaching methods and teachers.
