摘要
目的 探讨猪原位肝移植 (OL Tx)术中血浆内皮素 (ET)与血流动力学的关系。方法 观察静脉转流组 (VVB)和无静脉转流组 (NVVB)各 6例猪 OL Tx术中 ET水平和血流动力学指标改变及其相互关系。结果 复灌后 NVVB组的 ET水平比 VVB组高。血浆 ET水平与 MAP、SVR、PVP、PAWP呈正相关 ,与 CO、SV呈负相关关系。结论 ET参与猪 OL Tx术中血流动力学紊乱的病理过程 ,VVB可降低 OL Tx术中血浆 ET水平 。
Objective To observe the relationship between endothelin(ET)and hemodynamics during orthotopic liver transplantation(OLTx)in pigs.Methods 24 pigs underwent OLTx(12 animals for donor,the others for recipient)who divided into two groups:group A without veno-venous bypass(NVVB),group B with VVB.Results The level ET of in plasma increased significantly in both groups after recirculation,especially in group A,in which ET level was higher than group B(P<0.01)obviously.At same time,the hemodynamics in group A got worse than that in group B.Conclusions ET might be one of the major factors which brought about hemodynamocs disorder after recirculation during OLTx,VVB could reduce ET level of plasma and improve hemodynamics.
