摘要
采用酪朊水解物培养基法研究了安徽宣州黄渡烟草青枯病原菌株对硝酸钠、硝酸钾、硝酸钙、硫酸铵、氯化铵和尿素等6种氮源的利用。结果表明:烟草青枯病菌对酰胺态氮尿素利用最好,且与氨态氮和硝态氮利用差异显著;但病菌对铵态氮和硝态氮利用差异不显著。这为烟草青枯病田间防治和合理科学施肥提供理论依据。
This paper cultivating tobacco Ralstonia solanacearurn from Anhui xuanzhou by case in hydrolysate with matrix method. Then it analyzes 6 kinds of different nitrogen's that utilization including Sodium nitrate, Potassium nitrate, Calcium nitrate, Ammonium sulfate, Ammonium chloride and the urea. The result shows that the use of tobacco bacterial wilt to Amide nitrogen of urea was best, with the use of Ammoniaca nitrogen and ni- trate nitrogen differ significantly, but the germ of Ammoniaca nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen using was not significantly different. This is useful for the field control of tobacco bacterial wilt and reasonable scientific fertilization to provide a theoretical basis reasonable scientific fertilization.
