金融支持内陆开放型经济发展——基于宁夏的实践与思考

The Financial Support for the Development of Inland Open Economy——The Case of Ningxia

2012年经国务院批准,宁夏正式成为全国首个省级内陆开放试验区,为促进地区经济加快发展提供了新契机。本文系统梳理了宁夏发展内陆开放型经济的比较优势,尤其是金融服务方面的显著特点,深刻剖析了当前金融支持宁夏发展内陆开放型经济面临的主要困难,提出了针对性的政策建议。

The paper analyses the opportunities brought by the intemet such as improving customer services for banks, providing a new tool and related technical data for the credit risk management, reducing the costs of loans granted to micro and small enterprises and consumer credit. At the same time, it points out that the banks may face such challenges as talented personnel, incentive constraint and risk management, etc. So banks can make use of the interact and mass data from two directions of costs and innovations to rebuild the existing process, increase efficiency and improve risk management.
