对山西省金融机构委托贷款业务情况的调查与思考

The Investigation and Reflection on the Entrusted Loans Business of Financial Institutions in Shanxi Province

2012年以来,山西省金融机构委托贷款呈现出高速增长态势,在促进实体经济融资渠道多元化的同时,近七成资金流向产能过剩行业、房地产和政府融资平台,对金融宏观调控带来了一些影响和挑战。本文在对山西省18家银行业金融机构委托贷款业务发展情况进行调查的基础上,分析了委托贷款业务快速增长的特点及存在的问题,并提出相关政策建议。

Since 2012, entrusted loans of the financial institutions in Shanxi Province have presented the trend of a high-speed growth. The growing entrusted loans on the one hand have promoted the multiple financing channels of the real economy, and on the other hand nearly seventy percent of the capital has put into the industries with excess capacity, real estate and government financing platform, which causes influences and brings challenges on the financial macro adjustment and control. Based on the investigation on the development situation of entrusted loans business of 18 banking financial institutions in Shanxi Province, the paper analyzes the characteristics and the existing problems of growing entrusted loan business, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
