35kV老旧导线电气性能研究

摘要 导线的电气性能之一表现为导线的温升情况,从理论出发计算35 kV老旧导线与新线的载流温升,并通过试验测试导线的实际温升情况,探究老旧导线的电气性能。理论结果表明:分析得出新线的辐射散热功率比老旧导线少46%左右。当载流量低于150 A时,温升由高到低的顺序为:带有防振锤的老旧导线、老旧导线、新线;当载流量大于150 A时,温升由高到低的顺序为:老旧导线、带有防振锤的老旧导线、新线。试验结果表明:对于LGJ70/10导线而言,在相同的电流值下,新线的温升比老旧导线的温升低11%左右。以理论和试验相结合分析得出:老旧导线的辐射散热功率快于新线是温度低的主要影响因素。 The temperature rise of the conductor is one of the electrical properties of performance,Starting from the theoretical calculation of 35 kV old wires with a new line of current-carrying temperature rise,and through the actual situation of the test conductor temperature rise,explore old electrical properties of the wire. The theo-retical results show that the analysis of the new line of radiation power is about 46% smaller than the old wires. When carrying capacity is lower than 150 A,temperature rise by to small order greatly for:old wires with vibration hammer,old wires,new line;When carrying capacity is more than 150 A,temperature rise by to small order greatly for:old wires, old wires with vibration hammer, new line. Experimental results show that for LGJ70/10 wires, under the current value of the same, not to serve the temperature rise of a new temperature rise about 11% less than that of the old cable. To the combination of theoretical and experimental analysis:the radiation heat power of the old wire faster than new line is the main influence factors of low temperature.
