摘要 在当今电力、建筑、纺织、印刷、汽车等行业中,伺服电机与伺服变频器已成为不可或缺的一环。如何选择合适的电力电子半导体元器件是伺服变频器设计中的核心内容。IGBT元器件是目前比较成熟的电力电子技术之一,本文从应用的角度出发,分析IGBT元器件的选型、其耗散功率的计算、散热器以及门控制电路的设计。 The servo converter is one of the most important things in the areas such like electrical power engi-neering, building technology, textile technology and printing technology. The core piece of the design of the servo converter is how to select a suitable power semiconductor component. A well-developed IGBT technology could be used here and this paper deals with selection of the suitable IGBT for the converter as well as the cal-culation of the power dissipation, the design of the heating and the design of gate circuit.
