摘要
介绍了向家坝右岸电站巨型水轮发电机组转子磁极的挂装工艺、安装质量控制要点。对安装过程中出现的磁极键紧固螺钉质量不合格问题进行了处理;为防止机组在过速运行后产生径向永久变形使得空气间隙偏小,安装时采取了有效的预控措施,为机组正常运行提供了保障。
The rotor pole mounting process and quality control are introduced for the giant hydro-generators in the tight-bank power plant of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station. The quality of screws for fastening the pole keys is found being unqualified in installation and then being treated. In order to prevent the air gap less than designed limit caused by over-speed operation making permanent radial deformation, the effective pre-control measures are taken in installation. The quality control of pole mounting provides a guarantee to the normal operation of hydro-generators.
