摘要
向家坝水电站工程导流底孔下闸采用钢绞线液压提升系统代替固定卷扬启闭机设备,目前在国内尚属首次应用。原型试验及实际下闸结果表明,该技术可行,设备性能可靠,运行安全,下闸过程监测及可控性能好,闸门启闭平稳。该系统为超大容量、超高扬程大型导流底孔下闸提供了新的方法。
The hydraulic lifting system with steel strand is used in the closure of diversion bottom outlet gates instead of fixed winching hoist in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, which is first used in China at present. The prototype tests and actual closure operations show that this hydraulic lifting system is feasible in technology, reliable in performance, safe in operation, good in monitoring and control of closure process and smooth in operation. This hydraulic lifting system provides a new way to the closure of very large capacity and very high head gate in diversion bottom outlet.
