摘要
金沙江向家坝水电站垂直升船机一级提升高度114.2m,是当今世界之最。该升船机是一个独立的综合系统工程,涉及机械、金属结构、电气、土建结构等许多专业,设备种类繁多,结构及相互影响因素复杂。阐述了向家坝升船机特点、升船机主体设备结构,并从经济、技术等方面,对向家坝选用的齿轮爬升螺母柱保安式升船机的安全性、可靠性作初步分析和预测。
The vertical ship lift in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station of Jinsha River has a lifting height of 114.2 m, which is the world's most. The ship lift is an independent comprehensive system because of different types of equipment and complex structures and influence factors, which involving machinery, metal structure, electrical, civil structure and other professional equipments. The characteristics, main devices and structure of Xiangjiaba ship lift are introduced. The safety and reliability of gear climb standoffs ship lift in this project is also preliminarily analyzed and forecasted from the aspects of economy and technology.
