骨膜蛋白在纤维化型特发性非特异性间质性肺炎患者肺组织中的表达

Expression of periostin in lung tissue of fibrotic idiopathic nonspecific interstitial pneumonia

目的探讨骨膜蛋白在纤维化型特发性非特异性间质性肺炎（f-INSIP）患者肺组织中的表达。方法选取2002年8月至2012年3月在河南省人民医院住院的11例经开胸肺活检病理证实为f-INSIP的肺标本，对照组为在河南省人民医院因肺内孤立癌结节行肺叶切除术的住院患者，取其远离病变的正常肺组织标本11例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测肺标本中骨膜蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化检测显示：f-INSIP患者肺组织中骨膜蛋白在纤维化周边表达阳性率（8／11）明显高于对照组（1／11），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论骨膜蛋白参与f-INSIP的发病进程。

Objective To investigate the expression of periostin in lung tissue of fibrotic idio- pathic nonspecific interstitial pneumonia （f-INSIP）. Methods Eleven patients with f-INSIP confirmed by surgical lung biopsy from August 2002 to March 2012 admitted in the Henan provincial people＇ s hos- pital were enrolled. Eleven normal lung samples were obtained from patients with lung cancer by surgical resections as the control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of periostin. Re- suits lmmunohistochemical result showed that the positive expression rate of periostin in patients with f- INSIP was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Periostin may participate in the pathogenic process of f-INSIP.
