摘要
目的探讨基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)在远程缺血后处理中的作用。方法选择60例行择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的不稳定型心绞痛患者,30例为常规治疗组,30例为远程缺血后处理组,测定其PCI术前及术后24h的血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)及SDF-1水平,并分析其相关性。结果两组在PCI术后血清hs—CRP水平均较术前升高,SDF-1水平均较术前降低(P均〈0.05)。与对照组比较,PCI术后远程缺血后处理组血清hs.CRP水平降低,血清SDF-1水平升高(P均〈0.05)。PCI术前(r=-0.348,P〈0.05)及术后24h(r=-0.382,P〈0.05)血清hs—CRP及SDF-1的水平呈负相关。结论SDF-1可能通过抗炎作用参与远程缺血后处理的心肌保护。
Objective To investingate the effect of stromal cell-derived factor-1 ( SDF-1 ) on re- mote ischemic postconditioning. Methods Sixty unstable angina patients underwent elective PCI were selected, with 30 cases in conventional treatment group and 30 cases in remote ischemic postconditioning group. The serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and SDF-1 levels were detected before PCI operation and 24 h postoperatively, and their reletionship was analyzed. Results The serum hs-CRP levels rised and SDF-1 levels decreased after PCI in the two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with control group, serum hs-CRP levels reduced and SDF-1 levels increased after PCI in remote ischemic postcondi- tioning group(P 〈0. 05). Serum hs-CRP levels were negatively correlated with SDF-1 levels before PCI (r = -0. 348, P 〈0. 05)and at 24 h after PCI(r = -0. 382, P 〈0. 05). Conclusions SDF-1 may in- volved in remote ischemic postconditioning myocardial preservation through anti-inflammatory effect.
