摘要 本文首次提出了基于MapGIS平台实现飞行程序设计底图校正的理论和方法,巧妙地利用MapGIS中的一些设置和技巧来提高飞行程序设计的精度。该方法不仅解决了业内使用传统方法处理机场周边地物图纸时难以解决的形变误差问题,同时结合其投影变化子功能,对不同投影带地图无法拼接的问题予以解决,具有比较重要的实际应用价值,这对不断提高航空器飞行的安全性和可靠性有着重要意义。 This paper for the first time proposes the theory and methods on the base map correction of flight procedure design based on MapGIS platform, and some settings and techniques of the MapGIS are smartly used to improve the accuracy of flight procedure design. The method, which has a significant value in practice and economy, does not only solve the problem of traditional methods which could not deal with the deformation errors of the base map, but also solves the problems of the map in different projections that can not be spliced. This is of great significance to .continuously improve the safety and reliability of the flying aircraft.
