干扰素和更昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎疗效分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨干扰素和更昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎疗效分析和对免疫功能的影响。方法将90例呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组45例给予干扰素治疗,观察组45例给予更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组疗效。婴幼儿患者T淋巴细胞亚群百分率、IL-2R的百分率、IL-2水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率达95.6%,明显高于对照组(86.7%),P<0.05;两组在治疗RSVP前后,免疫指标大小有明显的差异,P<0.05,但两组在治疗RSVP后,两组免疫指标大小并无明显差异,P3>0.05。结论更昔洛韦对于治疗婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病肺炎毒疗效更佳。 Objective To compare the curative effect and the immune function of interferon and ganciclovir on infants with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods 90 children with respiratory syneytial virus pneumo- nia were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given interferon therapy, and the observation group was given gancielovir therapy. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Besides, the percentage of IL-2 r and T lymphocyte subgroup and the level of IL-2 were measured. Results The to- tal effective rate of the observation group was 95.6% , which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86. 7% ) ( X2 = 4. 23, P 〈 005 ) , but their immune indexes had no significant difference ( P3 〉 0. 05 ) after the treatment of RSVPS. Conclusion The curative effect of ganciclovir for RSVP is better than interferon does,which is worthy of wide clinical use.
