痰热清注射液对AECOPD患者免疫功能的影响

Influence of Tanreqing injection on immunological functions of patients with COPD at acute episode stage

目的探讨痰热清对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期患者免疫方面的影响及意义。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,均常规给予西药方案,治疗组另外加用痰热清注射液,疗程均为14 d,比较各组治疗前后CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8水平,NK细胞水平,免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM的变化。使用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果两组患者CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8和NK细胞均显著升高,CD+8水平均降低,治疗组明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。两组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM均增加,各组内及组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者使用痰热清注射液可在免疫方面起到一定的改善作用。

Objective To explore the influence of Tanreqing injection on immunological functions of patients with COPD at acute episode stage. Methods 80 patients with COPD at acute episode stage were randomly and even- ly divided into two groups. All patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, and the study group was additionally injected with Tanreqing. The treatment course was 14 days. The levels of lymphocyte （CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD8＋ and CD4/CD8＋ ）, the contents of imnmnologbulins （ IgA, IgG, and IgM） and the NK cells were detected respec- tively in each group before and after the treatment. Results Alter the treatment, the levels of CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/ CD8＋ and NK cells both increased obviously, and the level of CD8＋dec, rcased in the two group. The levels of lgA, IgG and lgM increased alter the treatment, hut without significant difference （ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Tanreqing Injec- tion can play a certain role in the improvement of immune function of patients with COPD at acute episode stage.
