造血干细胞移植和实体器官移植受者的呼吸道合胞病毒感染 被引量：2

摘要 1956年,Morris等首先从黑猩猩体内分离出一种病毒,命名为黑猩猩鼻炎因子,1年后,Chanoch等从两名患下呼吸道疾病的婴儿咽部分离出相似病毒,由于其在人或猴细胞内增殖时,能使细胞界限不清,融合成多核巨细胞,故称为呼吸道合胞病毒（respiratory syncytial virus,RSV）.RSV是非节段性多形性负链RNA病毒,属于副粘病毒科,其感染多见于新生儿和婴幼儿.近年来,由于RSV检测技术水平的提高,尤其是分子检测技术的发展,人们发现在移植受者中由于RSV感染而引起严重疾病,严重者危及患者生命,因此,RSV感染在导致移植受者严重疾病中的作用引起关注.
