摘要
华西医院通过横向协同和纵向整合,以提高区域内医疗服务能力为目标,不断探索、实践和创新,已相继建立了分级协同城乡一体医疗服务模式、六位一体"华西-社区"对口辅导慢病防治模式、"科室-科室"华西信息专科联盟模式等区域内医疗资源配置方案,为提高区域内整体医疗服务水平积累了丰富经验,为以区域协同为基础的医联体建设奠定了基础。
Through Horizontal coordination and vertical integration, in the aimed of promoting inter-regional medical service ability, the West China Hospital makes an exploration and innovation continuously, have already set up medical service mode of hierarchical urban-rural integration, chronic disease controlling and prevention mode based on hospital and community, medical office to medical office information mode and so on, to gather abundant experiences of how to promote inter-regional medical service ability and lay a solid foundation of medical association based on regional-collaboration.
