摘要 为对预防控制和校正控制进行合理协调,降低系统的运行风险,对"故障前–故障后至实施校正控制前–校正控制"3个运行状态均予以考虑,提出一种多阶段协调的风险调度方法(multistage coordinated risk dispatch,MCRD),构建MCRD的数学优化模型,并给出基于Benders分解的求解算法。算例分析表明,MCRD通过在调度模型中施加风险协调约束,能够有效协调预防控制和校正控制,并根据不同天气状态给出低风险且经济性合理的调度方案,可为调度员运行决策提供重要参考。 This paper proposed a multistage coordinated risk-based dispatch model (MCRD) and a Benders decomposition based algorithm, to coordinate preventive control and corrective control and reduce power system operational risk, considering the "normal state", "state after contingency and prior to corrective control" and "state after corrective control". Simulation results show that by imposing the risk coordination constraint on the dispatching model, MCRD is able to coordinate preventive control and corrective control effectively, and consider weather state to provide more economic and lower risk strategy as a decision-making tool for dispatcher.
