摘要
通过查阅文献、专家访谈、试卷调查等方式,构建了"龙头企业+农户"农业技术扩散评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标体系权重;该指标体系由准则层3个部分,指标层22个指标构成,分别从农业技术扩散前(B1)、农业技术扩散中(B2)、农业技术扩散后(B3)进行了综合评价;由权重结果可知,在"龙头企业+农户"农业技术扩散过程中,农业技术扩散中(0.5813)>农业技术扩散前(0.3297)>农业技术扩散后(0.1911)。在农业技术扩散中这一环节,专家指导、生产标准技术规范的实施、各个环节专人负责等因素起着较为关键的作用。
We have structured "leading enterprise + farmer" agrotechnical diffusion evaluation system through referring to lit- erature, expert interview and test paper investigation, and determined the index weight by using analytic hierarchy process. This in- dex system consisted of 22 indexes in 3 parts [ before agrotechnical diffusion ( B1 ), during agrotechnical diffusion ( B2 ), after agro- technical diffusion ( B3 ) ]. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that index weight had the following sequence: B2 (0.5813) 〉 B, (0.3297) 〉 B3 (0. 1911 ). Expert guidance, implementation of production standard specifications, and specially - assigned personal responsibility for every hnk played important roles in agrotechnical diffusion link.
