国外合作社信息化经验及其对中国的启示

Experience in Informatization of Foreign Cooperatives and Its Inspiration to China

从信息化基础环境、应用水平、人力资源、实施效果等指标入手,对国外开展合作社信息化的经验进行了总结,提出了我国在发展合作社信息化中加强教育培训、加大政府投入、坚持局部先行、规划发展重点、综合外部力量等建议。

Proceeding with such indexes as basic environment, applied level, human resources and implementation effect of the informatization, this paper summarizes the experiences in the informatization of foreign cooperatives, and put forward some sugges- tions on developing the informatization of Chinese cooperatives, including strengthening education and training, increasing the gov- ernmental investment, going ahead in local area, planning the developmental focus, and synthesizing the external forces.
