医药企业自主创新“五力”动力机制分析

On the Five Dynamic Mechanism in Independent Innovation of the Pharmaceutical Enterprises

尽管中国医药产业的生产制造能力和技术开发能力都有所提高,但医药企业自主创新的动力仍然不足。影响医药企业自主创新动力的因素有很多,主要包括企业自有资源禀赋、基础研发的突破、高额的市场利润、竞争者的态度和政府的相关政策,这五个因素的合力决定了医药企业的研发动力。分析这五个因素对医药企业技术创新的影响,提出促进医药企业研发动力的对策,是提高医药企业自主创新能力的前提。

Although the manufacturing capability and technology developing ability of the pharmaceutical in- dustry have been improved, the techno-innovation dynamics of the pharmaceutical enterprises are still insufficient. There are many factors which have influenced on the techno-innovation dynamics, including enterprises＇ self re- sources, breakthrough of fundamental research, high profit, competitors＇ attitude and the government policy, which decide the five factors of the techno-innovation dynamics in the pharmaceutical enterprises. Analyzing the five fac- tors and putting forward the countermeasures are the precondition to improve the independent innovation ability in the pharmaceutical, enterprises.
