摘要
随着计划生育政策的实行,伴随着人口老龄化问题的出现并且逐年严重,在城市中出现大量的独生子女家庭,老年人的护理问题越来越受到关注,急迫得到解决。着眼于市场需求的角度,拟面向于城市独生子女家庭老年人,计划推出老年人护理服务。以市场的需求与营销为思考角度,分析老年人护理业务;以开展互联网技术作为主要营销工具,借鉴日本老年人护理保险制,通过分析服务营销策略,建立符合中国城市社会老年人护理服务体系。
With the implementation of the family planning policy, the problem of aging became more and more serious. Many one-child families emerged in the city, so the problem of elderly nursing aroused more atten- tion. The elderly nursing business aimed to market demand and served for urban one-child families. This paper an- alyzed the elderly nursing business from the point of market demand and marketing. China's urban elderly nursing system will be built through internet technology, the Japanese experience and marketinz strateew.
