药物信念问卷在乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗中的应用评价 被引量：19

摘要 目的检验中文版药物信念问卷的信效度,并探讨乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗的药物信念。方法将药物信念问卷译成中文,通过204例乳腺癌患者进行信效度测试。结果主成分分析法提取5个公因子,累积贡献率55.422%,问卷总体Cronbach′sα系数0.738。乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者药物必要性维度得分12.21±3.08,高于顾虑性维度得分12.16±2.42。结论中文版药物信念问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为评估乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者药物信念的工具。
