中西医结合综合管理早产儿200例效果评价

Effect Evaluation on Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Comprehensive Management of 200 Cases of Premature Infants

目的:探讨中西医结合方法对早产儿进行管理的临床疗效,探索行之有效的中西医结合管理模式。方法:对笔者所在科室200例早产儿进行随机分组,中西医结合组与常规管理组,每组100例,中西医结合组实施中西医结合管理,常规管理组实施常规管理措施,统计两组患儿住院期间的效果满意度。结果:两组满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早产儿实施中西医结合管理模式能够有效预防早产儿并发症,降低患儿病死率,提高患儿未来生存质量。

Objective：Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in preterm infants with management of clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,explore effective management mode.Method：200 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine group and conventional management group,100 cases in each group,the combination of the implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine management,conventional management group implemented routine management,statistics of the two groups patients during hospitalization and the effect of satisfaction.Result：The satisfaction of two groups were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on premature implementation management mode can effectively prevent complications of prematurity,reduce mortality in pediatric patients,improve the quality of life of future.
