摘要
目的:探讨RCA法在改进肠道术前肠道准备护理质量中的成效。方法:将665例患者按时间分为对照组(320例)和观察组(335例)。对照组执行常规术前准备;观察组使用RCA法:分析肠道手术前准备存在的问题及原因,制定针对性改进措施,如制定低渣餐单、修改操作流程、改变服用肠道清洁剂的方法等。结果:RCA实施后肠道术前肠道准备不足率和延迟手术例数低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组与对照组比较患者满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:RCA法能有效促进肠道术前准备效果。
Objective： To investigate the effect of RCA methods used in bowl preparation before intestine operation.Method： A total of 665 patients were randomized into two groups.The control group（n=320） were subjected to routine preoparative preparation, while their counterparts in the observation group（n=335） received modified bowl preparation method, including such measures as making the low residue diet food list, inodifying the standard operating procedure, changing the method of taking the Klean-Prep（GEG＋Eleetrolytes Iso-osmotic Bowel Cleansing）, etc.Resuit： The poor bowl preparation rate and the delayed surgical cases were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Patients＇ satisfaction was significantly improved in the observation group compared to control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： RCA method can improved the bowl preparation quality of intestine operation.
