社区护理干预对糖尿病足患者康复的影响

Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨社区护理干预对糖尿病足患者康复的影响。方法:对30例糖尿病足患者进行早期社区护理干预:制定护理计划,定期随访,提供饮食指导,严格控制血糖,加强对足部的护理,做好健康教育及心理护理。结果:30例患者中,治愈25例(83.33%),显效2例(6.67%),有效2例(6.67%),无效1例(3.33%),治疗总有效率96.67%。结论:社区护理干预能够有效改善糖尿病足患者的预后。

Objective：To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with diabetic foot.Method：A total of 30 patients with diabetic foot were given the early community nursing intervention：Nurses formulated nursing care plans,followed up regularly,provided the diet guidance,strictly controlled the blood glucose,strengthen nursing of foot,did a good job in health education and psychological nursing.Result：Among 30 patients 25 cases（83.33%） were cured,and 2 cases（6.67%） were excellent,and 2 cases（6.67%） were valid,and 1 case（3.33%） was invalid.The total effective rate was 96.67%.Conclusion：Community nursing intervention can improve prognosis of patients with diabetic foot.
