血液透析患者临时插管引起的远期并发症分析

The Analysis about Related Complications Caused by Hemodialysis Patients with Temporary Intubation

目的:探究血液透析患者临时插管所引起的远期并发症,及其与不同插管部位影响因素的关系。方法:选取共135例采用临时插管的血液透析患者(共计164例次)为研究对象,通过比较不同插管部位因素下探究临时插管对导管相关感染、导管功能不全、血管内血栓形成等远期并发症的影响。结果:135例采用临时插管的血液透析患者(临时插管术共计164例次)中,27例次患者出现导管相关感染,占总例次的16.5%;19例次患者出现导管功能不全,占总例次的11.6%;5例次患者出现股静脉血栓形成。结论:血液透析患者临时插管常见远期并发症包括透析导管相关感染、导管功能不全、血管内血栓形成,且在不同插管部位并发症的发生率不同。

Objective：To explore related complications caused by hemodialysis patients with temporary intubation,as well as the relationship with influence factors of different cannula site.Method：Choosing 135 hemodialysis patients who adopted temporary intubation （amounts to 164 cases） as the research subject. Exploring the effect of complications from related infections from temporary intubation to tube,catheter dysfunction,the syndrome of superior vena cava obstruction by comparing factors of different infusion site.Result：27 cases in 135 hemodialysis patients who adopted temporary intubation（amounts to 164 cases） appeared related infections from temporary intubation to tube,with a proportion of 16.5%.About 19 cases appears catheter dysfunction which had a proportion of 11.6%.There was no case with the syndrome of superior vena cava obstruction.Conclusion：The common complications of hemodialysis patients with temporary intubation include related infections from temporary intubation to tube,catheter dysfunction,and the occurrence of complications of different cannula site is different.
